A word from the owner
I’m Rocky Garcia, owner of Texas Lone Star Recovery Group. Every processor we send carries a badge with their photo and ID number. If the person at your door is not on this page, do not sign anything — email us at Info@TexasLoneStarRecovery.com.

Verify the person at your door
Type the badge ID from their lanyard badge — it looks like TLSRG-P-001 — or type their name. We’ll show you their photo, name, and status so you can match the face in front of you.
Our field processors
These are the only people authorized to visit you on our behalf right now. If someone claims to work for us and is not listed here as ACTIVE, they do not represent us.

How verification works
See the badge. Every processor wears a lanyard badge with their photo, name, and badge ID.
Scan or type. Scan the QR code on the badge, or come to this page (TexasLoneStarRecovery.com/Processors) and enter the badge ID.
Match the face and ID. The photo, name, and ID here must match the person and the badge in front of you — and the status must say ACTIVE.
Our safety promises
- Our processors never accept cash or any payment in person — our fee is invoiced only after the State has paid you, never at your door.
- Our processors never keep copies of your documents — your paperwork goes into your claim packet, sealed with you there.
- Your Social Security number is written by YOU, in your own hand, on the State’s claim form only. No processor will ever ask you to say it out loud, text it, or hand it over.
- Visits happen by appointment only, at a time you agreed to. Nobody from our office will ever just show up unannounced.
