Here’s what the State is holding for you

That fee is the maximum Texas law allows (Property Code §74.507), it includes all expenses, and it is owed only after the State pays you. If you recover nothing, you owe nothing.
Your claim packet is already prepared. The moment you sign the agreement in Step 4, it unlocks: a claim form pre-filled with everything the State needs, plus word-for-word instructions for finishing it. You can always claim this money yourself, free, through the State’s own process β hiring us is only for the convenience of having the paperwork found, filled in, and guided for you.
How we reach you
Before the agreement, we need the best ways to reach you while your claim moves. This goes only to our office β never sold, never shared.
Your agreement
Please read the full agreement β it states exactly what the State is holding for you, the fee, and the amounts before and after the fee, exactly as Texas law requires.
Signing creates the agreement between you and Noussi LLC, d/b/a Texas Lone Star Recovery Group. A copy is kept on file and can be re-sent to you any time β just ask through the form on our home page.
How to collect your money
Your agreement is signed. Here is your claim packet β save or print this page.
Texas law is specific: you file your own claim with the Texas Comptroller, and the State pays you directly. We never file the claim for you and we never receive your money. Here is exactly how it works:
Your pre-filled claim form
We filled in your name, the property, and the amounts from the State’s records. You only complete the parts marked YOU β your Social Security number (for the State only, never for us), your signature, and the date.
Download my claim form (PDF)Your steps β word for word
- Print your pre-filled claim form (gold button above) β or open it on your screen while you work. Check the mailing address on it: that is where the State will mail your check.
- Write your Social Security number in the empty box on the form (marked YOU). That number goes only to the State β never send it to us.
- Sign and date the form at the X.
- Attach a copy of your driver’s license or state ID β a clear phone photo works for the online upload; a photocopy works for mail.
- Attach one proof tying you to the address on the claim β an old utility bill, tax document, or bank statement showing your name at that address. If you don’t have one, reply to any email from us β there are alternatives, and we’ll help you find one.
- Send it to the State β pick one way. Online (fastest): start your claim at ClaimItTexas.gov, enter the details exactly as shown on your form, upload the signed form and your documents, and the State gives you a claim number right there. Or by mail: Comptroller of Public Accounts, Unclaimed Property Claims Section, P.O. Box 12046, Austin, TX 78711-2046.
- When the State gives you a claim number, send it to us β use the box below, or reply to any email from us. That number lets us track your claim with you.
- What happens next: the State verifies your claim and pays you directly β their estimate is about 60β90 days. When you’ve been paid, tell us, and we’ll send the one invoice for the 10% fee. If you recover nothing, you owe nothing.
Claiming for an estate? The State will also ask for the death certificate and the court papers showing who represents the estate β message us through the form on our home page and we’ll help you line those up. Send documents only to the State, never to us.
Our fee β nothing today
You owe us nothing now. After the State pays you, we will invoice the 10% fee (plus Texas sales tax), and the fee is due within seven (7) days of the day the State pays you. We prefer Zelle or bank debit (ACH); cards are also accepted. If the State pays you a different amount than reported, the 10% is figured on what you actually received β and if you receive nothing, you owe nothing.
Filed your claim? Send us your claim number
Enter your claim number here β it lets us track your claim with you and reconcile the fee when the State pays you. (You can also reply to any email from us, or send it through the message form on our home page.)
